Due to the nature of digital goods (such as templates and files), all sales are final. However, I may consider refund requests under specific circumstancesYou purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
You’re experiencing a technical issue that I'm unable to resolve.
The product is significantly different from the description or preview.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Custom Services Refunds
For design or development services, refunds are issued based on project progress:
Before work begins: 100% refund.
After work begins: Partial refund may be granted based on completed milestones or time spent.
After final delivery: No refunds available.
I'm always happy to revise and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
