Refund Policy

  1. Digital Product Refunds
    Due to the nature of digital goods (such as templates and files), all sales are final. However, I may consider refund requests under specific circumstances

    • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

    • You’re experiencing a technical issue that I'm unable to resolve.

    • The product is significantly different from the description or preview.

    All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


  2. Custom Services Refunds

    For design or development services, refunds are issued based on project progress:

    • Before work begins: 100% refund.

    • After work begins: Partial refund may be granted based on completed milestones or time spent.

    • After final delivery: No refunds available.

    I'm always happy to revise and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction.

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the refund

    • Any supporting screenshots or context

    I'll review your request and respond within 3 business days.
